The pictures that generate my banner are drawings of foods I love, can cook, or just find pretty. The full list is here:

Baked Sweet:

Baklava is a delicious dessert, and one that I can actually make. Though the syrup's a bitch...

I tried making cupcakes once, with my friend Steph. They turned out to be lumpy stones.

I've never had the kind of pie with criss-crossing dough. I usually have the kind with flaky pastry, but it looks like baklava so I didn't draw it that way... yeah...

I sold my soul for a chocolate chip cookie

I've never had stacks of them, in the Canadian way - I usually have crepe-style pancakes.

<3. 'nuff said.

Other Sweet:

I love ice cream! My favourite is mint chocolate chip. But because of my lactose intolerence I don't often eat it *unless I have pills with me*. (I still eat it every chance I get, though).

I've been camping a lot but I never made smores. I often toast mini marshmallows on a chopstick by tea-light, though.

Mmmm... ice cream is good in any form

I know the drawing is weird, but it's supposed to be turkish delight. It's sickly sweet, and the powdered sugar used to keep the pieces apart makes you choke sometimes. But so good :D

Mmm...chocolate.

I have never made jello before.

Western Food:

I baked some awesome pretzels (the big doughy kind, not the snack) with my friend Steph, once. It took us about half an hour to knead the dough (we juggled with it) but it was SO worth it.

This is the best pizza: lots of cheese, even in the crust, and pepperoni + ham/bacon.

The yogurt pieces in cheerios taste like strawberry pocky.

I love pasta, but I prefer meatballs in my soup rather than in spaghetti.

Ketchup and sometimes relish, is the best thing to put on a hotdog.

I have never had bacon and eggs. I've had bacon, and I've had eggs, but never together. But I don't like fried eggs anyways...

"Exotic" Food:

Sushi is my favourite food, and the only food I can make (well) on my own. I make it with avocado and cucumber because I don't eat fish/seafood, but I also make salmon/crab/etc ones for parties.

I've never made miso soup myself, but I love the instant kind that comes in a little envelope. It looks kinda like this and it's so good!

I may be the only person alive who loves marmite. It's godly :D

Deviled eggs are heavenly. Pun intended.

I'm an expert in the art of flambee... *sigh*

Stir-fry is love.

Drink:

Haha, more of a novelty than something I love, but the teas are good.

I like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain... anyways, pina coladas are great, with or without rum. Pineapple is also my favourite fruit <3

I have a lame sense of humour. I wanted to draw milk because I love it, but being lactose intolerant I can't have it without downing a vanilla-flavoured piece of chalk. But since chalky pills are uninteresting I drew the lactose molecule instead. I'm *that* cool.

Mmmm... grean tea! I like it cold and chilled, but it's good hot, too. I also like the SOBE green tea, though they make it a lot more sweet and sugary than traditional tea XD

Water is my favourite beverage. I'm quite picky, though, and I don't like bottled - tap even less. Unfortunately, that's the only kind I can get here, so I dump crystal lite-style powders in my water...I drink about 10-15 glasses a day.

Coffee is my best friend.

Fruit/Veggie:

I like the artificial watermelon flavour in candies rather than real watermelon. It's probably not a good thing.

I have no opinion about apples. Usually they're too big for me to comfortably bite into, and I end up banging my nose on them, so I don't really... eat them often.

Po-ta-to. I like anything with potatoes. It's my favourite vegetable, despite its unhealthiness.

Corn on the cob is gooood, especially when it's still really hot and you put butter and salt all over it ^_^

Peaches were my favourite fruit until I became allergic :(

Life doesn't get any better than this...
